09.45 meet at Amsterdam RAI
(guide + up to 4 founders).

10.00 Car departure with all participants. Introductions in the car on our way to our expedition.

12.00 Lunch break.

15.00 Arrival at destination and set off on a 3 km hike.

17.00 Camp setup and everyone goes offline for the next 24 hours.

18.00 Dinner

20.00 Fireside talks under the stars

08.00 Breakfast

10.00 Departure for a 10 km hike with scenic breaks and lunch.

17.00 Camp setup

18.00 Dinner

Sunday


08.00 Breakfast

10.00 Departure for a 5 km hike back to the car. Lunch en route to Amsterdam.

17.00 Back in Amsterdam

Food

Breakfast


Coffee/tea, bread, cheese, eggs, butter, jam, vegetables, porridge, seeds, dry fruit.

Snack


Power bar, fruit, nuts, seeds, dry fruits/berries.

Lunch


Soup, sausage, noodles, bread, spread.

Dinner


Warm elaborate dishes. If possible inspired by the season and what is growing in the forest.


Note: all meals are included, diet requirements are catered for and the ingredients from organic/bio sources.

Logistics

All meal planing and purchasing will be done by your guide. At arrival the weight will be distributed equally. Camp setup, fire making, meal prep and cleanup will be done as a collaborative team effort.

All equipment will be provided, for your comfort in the existing weather conditions, in the all inclusive price. If you have selected to save and opt out in favour of your own equipment you are responsible to make sure you have brought the right equipment according to your comfort and weather conditions. Everyone is carrying their own equipment, we share the weight of the food. You can expect to carry approximately 10-15 kg. Walking sticks is optional and up to each participant to bring with if needed.

We recommend using good hiking shoes, bring spare dry clothes and layers for changing temperature, hat, lamp, toiletries and your own medicines.
